1. What the service makes
Ozil Goal AI turns one photo of an adult into a short, clearly fictional football clip: an invented player in an unbranded kit, in an invented stadium, scoring a solo goal. You do not write prompts. Every video uses the same fixed scene description, so the only input you control is the photo.
Videos are generated with Wan 2.2 Animate (14B), Alibaba’s open video model, run on fal.ai. Photo safety review uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash. The service has no face-swap onto another real person, no nudify tool, no two-person or intimate scenes and no speech or voice.
2. Prohibited content: six categories
You may not use the service to upload, generate, request or share content in any of these six categories. A violation in any category leads to the enforcement in section 8.
- Pornography and NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses or clothing, and fetish content.
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, blood, weapons aimed at people, threats, cruelty and self-harm.
- Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic, including hateful symbols and slogans.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any photo of a minor or of someone whose age is uncertain, and any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. Zero tolerance.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: photos of anyone other than you or a consenting adult; celebrities, athletes, politicians or other public figures; placing one real person’s face on another; making a real person appear to say or do something to mislead; and fake endorsements.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: broadcast or match footage, copyrighted clips, music or commentary, club crests, competition or broadcaster logos, and photos you have no right to use.
3. Zero tolerance
These are blocked immediately, end the account permanently and may be reported to the authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor. We report it to the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery, nudification or sexualised edits of a real person.
- Deepfakes that place a real person into a fabricated scene to deceive, harass or defame, whether or not that person agreed.
- Content that promotes terrorism, extremism or mass violence, or incites hatred against a group.
4. Where uploaded photos may come from
You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you explicit permission for this specific AI video. Uploading someone else’s photo without their consent is prohibited. Before any photo is sent, you must tick the confirmation “This is me, or an adult who agreed to this video.” That permission never authorises the content in sections 2 and 3.
- Exactly one adult, head and both feet visible, face uncovered, ordinary nonsexual clothing.
- No logos of real clubs, competitions or broadcasters on clothing or in the background.
- JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB, at least 512 pixels on the shorter side.
5. How we moderate content
Moderation runs at several stages, and every automated check fails closed: if a check is uncertain or unavailable, the request stops and no credits are spent.
- File check: format, size and dimensions are verified before anything is stored.
- Photo review (before generation): every photo is assessed by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash. It must show exactly one person who is clearly an adult, full body and a clear face. It is rejected if it appears to show a public figure, a club, competition or broadcaster mark, sexual content or violent content.
- Prompt review (before generation): the fixed scene description is checked by Waffo Prompt Sift before every job. Users cannot add their own text.
- Generation and output safety: Wan 2.2 Animate runs on fal.ai with its input and output safety checkers switched on. A flagged output is never delivered; the job fails and its credits are returned.
- Delivery check: every finished file is checked against the expected length, resolution and format before it is saved.
- Private by default: videos are visible only to the signed-in account that made them. There is no public gallery or feed.
- Human review: every report and every automatically flagged case that needs a decision is reviewed by a person on our team. We keep a record of photo-check results and of every enforcement action, and we update the photo rules and checks when reports show a gap.
6. How to report a violation
Email support@mesutozilgoal.org with the subject “Content report”. Include the job ID or private link if you have one, which category in section 2 you think applies, and a short explanation. If the video shows you without your permission, say so; we prioritise these reports. Do not attach the violating image or video, and never send child sexual abuse material to us. Report it to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or to your local police instead.
You can also use the contact page. Reports are confidential: we do not tell the reported account who sent a report. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves lead to action.
7. How reports are handled
Each report follows the same path: received → triaged by severity → reviewed by a person against this policy → decision → enforcement → reply to the reporter with the outcome. While a report is under review, we may suspend the account or remove the content to prevent further harm.
- Critical (child safety, nonconsensual intimate imagery, terrorism): first action within 24 hours. Content removed, account banned, reported to the authorities where required.
- High (deepfake or impersonation of a real person, graphic violence, hate speech): reviewed within 2 business days. Content removed, account suspended or banned.
- Medium (copyright or trademark infringement, a photo uploaded without consent): reviewed within 3 business days. Content removed, credits may be forfeited, warning or suspension.
- Low (other rule breaks, such as repeated attempts to get around a rejection): reviewed within 5 business days. Warning, with stronger action if it happens again.
8. Enforcement actions
Depending on severity and history, we take one or more of these actions. They are applied by an administrator and recorded in an audit log.
- Warning: a written notice explaining which rule was broken.
- Content removal: the photos and videos concerned are permanently deleted from our storage.
- Credit forfeiture: the account’s remaining credits are set to zero. Credits forfeited for a policy violation are not refunded.
- Account suspension: the account can no longer upload photos, generate videos or buy credits while suspended.
- Permanent ban: all content is deleted, all credits are forfeited, every sign-in session is ended and the account stays closed. New accounts made to evade a ban are banned as well.
- Legal reporting: child sexual abuse material and other criminal content are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement, and we cooperate with lawful requests.
9. Appeals
If you think an action was a mistake, reply to our notice or email support@mesutozilgoal.org with the subject “Appeal” within 14 days. A person who did not make the original decision reviews it, and we reply within 10 business days. Zero-tolerance cases are not reinstated.
10. AI labelling and sharing
Every video is AI-generated. Label it as AI-generated wherever you post it and where the platform requires, and never present it as real match footage or as an endorsement by any person, club or organisation. Material changes to this policy are dated on this page.
Questions, answered.
Can I upload someone else?
Only if they are an adult and have agreed to this specific AI video. You must confirm that permission before upload. Celebrity and public-figure photos, minors, sexual content and violent content are not allowed.
Does rejection spend credits?
A photo or prompt rejected before generation does not spend video credits. A confirmed generation failure returns the credits reserved for that job.
How do I report a video that shows me?
Email support@mesutozilgoal.org with the subject “Content report”, the job ID or link if you have it, and a short explanation. Reports about someone who appears without consent are reviewed first.
